At Rivaay, each saree is made and packed with love. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
✅ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in case of:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product
📦 Conditions for Return
- Must be initiated within 48 hrs of delivery
- Product should be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags
- With a full unboxing video (from package opening to product view, clearly showing the issue)
🔄 Exchange Options
- Only same product exchange is available (if in stock)
- In case not available, we’ll issue a store credit or coupon code valid for 365 days
🚚 How to Request a Return

- Share your order ID + unboxing video
- Our team will review and guide you with next steps.
- Customer pays return shipping.
❌ What’s Not Eligible
- Color variations due to screen differences
- Minor irregularities in handwoven or hand-printed fabrics (they're part of the beauty!)
